Why NEASA?
The National Employers’ Association of South Africa is a general employers’ association that represents employers across all sectors.
By virtue of your OPPASA subsidised membership with NEASA we represent OPPASA members at the Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council as well as any other relevant Bargaining Council which we are a party to.
We also provide OPPASA members with industrial relation services on request and at competitive rate.
Although OPPASA and NEASA are both employers organisations, OPPASA is an industry specific organisation who possesses knowledge, insight and information in respect of the specific industry which NEASA cannot provide.
