Service Description

The president shall preside at all meetings at which he is present, enforce observance of the Constitution of the Association, sign minutes of meetings after confirmation, endorse all accounts for payment after approval by the National Executive Committee and generally exercise supervision over the affairs of the Association and perform such other duties as by usage and custom pertain to the office. He shall have a deliberative vote, and, in the event of equality of voting, have a casting vote.
